Women should be vulnerable yet strong in circumstances.

Women have to know when should they let their guard down and when do they need to protect themselves.

Depending on a man to help overcome her fear is s.t.u.p.i.d.

Comparatively, women have higher EQ than men. To allow a man to take lead in a women's heart is not all that recommended.

However, sadly to say that many women led themselves to self-destruction, hoping their men will rescue them from themselves. Which they won't. It's nothing to do with the man she is with, it's nothing to do with her choosing a wrong man. The problem lies within herself indulging in self-hatred.

Sounds too exaggerating?

Examples that self-hatred manifests in a woman are: being self-critical, eating disorders, speaking of someone negatively, excessive shopping, sexually acting out and rejecting compliments. As simple as they can be, but as dangerous they may become. From these examples, I could easily point out some of my friends or even myself committing such "practice(s)". But if we know is unhealthy, why don't we stop? There is only one answer to that. That is, it is a source of distraction. So we can avoid our deepest, most innermost fears.

What fears? Commonly, female fears involve a sense of being worthless, stupid, ugly, unlovable or weird. Though, these fears are often buried deep within the unconscious until the point whereby a woman starts feeling vulnerable. These women usually appear positive. They tends to try too hard to be positive or stay positive. During early dates, women are able to maintain this appearance, but eventually their needs which they have been hiding, emerges. Just like how a volcano erupts, consequences may be devastating and may not be. But definitely, that would be a time of unrest for the couple.

First step to overcome self-hatred is to openly share a feeling and not let it accumulate. Love yourself then people can love you.

Yesterday had a great time with yiyi and mad at Bugis.

Met them at ard 2plus had an appointment previously.

I took 67 from Eunos down to Sim Lim Tower and was wondering how to go to Bugis junction from there. But luckily, i am v good with my intuition =p

So i managed to get there v. fast even yiyi was shocked why i reach so fast.

Haha. cos i told them i was lost ><

but anyway, bought a pair of shorts =)) and 2 cute horoscope notebooks. 1 for dear 1 for me =D

I also bought 2 smth else with yiyi =p hehe.

And they got me a v nice top! i love it~

Also, a v nice card which i have not take photo.

Thanks girls for celebrating my bday with me even after so long!!!

So it's cold and scary... -shivers at the thought of it- I am never ever taking tt escalator again! It sorts of add on to the fear tt I already had on heights... T_T

Recent weather seems to be changing v fast.
One moment u find the weather is hot another moment you find that it's raining heavily.
It's so sudden.
just like how couples start their fights...
Take the night before yesterday as an example, it was a peaceful night.
Then at 130 in the morning, it started pouring heavily.
Lightning and thunder just come and go continuously for like.. forever..
I thought i could never get back to sleep but fortunately after covering my face with the blanket i managed to fall aslp.. It somewhat blk the flashes of lightning and "soften" the thunder's rwaoAr..
ok.. time to shower and slp!
tmr still have to work!

Today dear came my house to study ugc but it wasn't very successful as we were both distracted.

I was busy trying to apply stuff onto his face.

Of course he let me..

We went to have Ichiban Sushi at bukit panjang after that.

It seems like many of their sushi has cheese in it.

The usual Salmon sushi has 2 pieces of cheese on top of it. But it still cost the same price: $2.10. Too bad i didn't take a photo of it. It looks really nice orh~

Hmm... the food was nice. I love the mushrooms. Very soft and chewy. However, I didn't like my order because it has too little taste. Too healthy? haha

Adidas - Isolate W I guess the Isolate W is like a model or probably a category of something because I noticed different shoes have a different name on the tag. Not very sure about it.

Happy Good Friday people!

No work or school for us today, isn't it great? :)

So what is Good Friday actually about?

Around 2000 years ago, Jesus Christ was crucified on the cross.

Who is Jesus Christ?

He is the Son of God, given birth by Virgin Mary and walked the earth as a Human, like us.

What was the main reason for his crucification?

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)

- We as humans, die. We are unable to save ourselves from death. Because we are all sinners.

Therefore,

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

- Jesus paid a penalty for our sins by dying on the cross for us. So that we can be with God. To bring Jesus to our lives means that we recognise that we are all sinners and we believe in Him as our saviour. We pray to God for forgiveness and our sins will be cleansed. Once we bring Jesus into our lives, we will receive the free gift of Eternity.

The question is, If Jesus is so great and powerful, why didn't He saved himself from the cross?Let everyone be amazed by His wonders.

But rather, let Himself die on the cross.

This is what He said when he was on the cross:

"Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do"

-Personally, don't you find it ironic for someone who is dying to be saying that? This is what the people at that time feel as well. They mocked and derided Him, commenting that if He was the son of God then "save thyself".

-Jesus has a mission and that is to pay the penalty for our sins. So, eventually he dies.

3 days after the death of Jesus Christ:

Jesus was raised from the dead!

He was resurrected.. and carried into the heaven.

That is why we celebrate Jesus resurrection on Easter Sunday!

It is to commemorate that Jesus Christ our saviour lives and that we are born again spiritually in Jesus name. Thus, we are able to live an eternal life afterlife!

Isn't it too good to be true?

And all we have to do is to ask for His forgiveness for our sins and believe in Him. Have a personal relationship with this truly gracious God.

I urge you guys, if you have nothing on this Sunday why not join your friends in church or go to a nearby church in the morning to take this opportunity to explore further in Christianity?

Merry Christmas people!

Today I went dear's house to give him his present!

After a few nights of hard work.. haha

After that we went town to take photos with the decorations.

Along the way, we played a word game.

We had to say out words that have the starting letter as A. Then after that B.

But sadly, i lost! lol

I believe that part of me inside wanted him to win.

That is why i couldn't think of the words!

Not that i cant...... whahaha.

Anyway, dear at at long john after that and send me to queensway to wait for my parents.

We went to the Villa Bali to have our dinner.

Honestly, the food is really quite bad especially the beef.

None of us had our stomach filled up leaving there.

But at least the supervisor is generous enough to replace our beef with hot and delicious mini lobsters!

Moving on, this is really what i want to tell you all about.

We went home and my dajie had a really PLEASANT SURPRISE.

Reaching her room, she saw a rat running across her room.

We din noe where it went and so decided to bring whisky up to catch the rat.

But whisky never could go up to our second storey house so we took quite a while before we could lure him up using his bone. lol

Even after reaching the second level, he still keep trying to go down but I went to block the stairway.

THen my mum trapped whisky inside my dajie's room. But still, there was no sign of the rat so we opened the door while my erjie block the stairway.

Whisky came out, with the bone in his mouth.

The moment has finally come....

While my sis was poking her stuff on her table, poking her bags that were lying on the floor and then shaking the curtain that was located above the table.

My mum and erjie saw the rat ran out of the curtain and moments later it came out from underneath my dajie's bed and out of her room towards the stairs.

My dajie and I screamed seeing the greyish figure of the 15cm rat, mum screamed and jumped onto the bed, while my erjie who was at the staircase screamed and hug herself at the railing hoping that her kind(well, she is a rat too:P born in rat year) would not touch any part of her skin.

Simultaneously, whisky with the bone still inside his mouth finally saw his victim!

He looked at the rat for a few seconds stun before running after that rat down the stairs and barked 4times!

but this is not the end yet!

The rat is now hiding in the wine shelves and whisky is still patiently waiting to end it's life a quick and painless bite of death... mwahaha....

Dajie is naughty this year orh.. cos santa gave her a smelly gift! ><

Went to donate blood today!
I hate the blood test!
The point where the nurse staple my finger still hurts!
It's definitely more painful than the yakult needle she poke through my skin! zzz
haha. Claire so funny! She never donate blood before so i was telling her about the yakult size needle. Then she asked me how many yakult bottles of blood will they get lol.
I guess approximately 4 to 5 bottles? lol

deardear went out with friends today.
Couldn't accompany me.
So i went BPP alone. Initially, wanted to top up ezlink card.

Learning how to deal with change:

You cold notice when the little changes began so that you would be better prepared for the big change that might be coming.(monitor change)
he knew he needed to adapt faster, for if you do not adapt in time, you might as well not adapt at all.
He had to admit that the biggest inhibitor to change lies within yourself, and that nothing gets better until you change.

Most importantly, there is always New Cheese out there whther you recognize it at the time or not. Only if you learn to let go of your past that you will be rewarded with it and enjoy the adventure.

12 sept was our 2nd month anniversary!!!

After school we were thinking whether to go orchard or marina to celebrate.
We decided to go Marina. While I was about to say "let's go to the opposite bus stop to take to clementi then change to mrt",
he said "let's take mrt there". lol
what a coincidence.. teehee After walking into a few stores, we head to the cinema to see what movies could we watch. It was about 615pm and the shows that I wanna watch were too late. So we were thinking of watching babylon A.D when a young lady approached us with 2 "My Sassy Girl" tickets.
She told us that her company has this movie event and that they still have alot of extra tickets. So she was asking if we want the tickets free. Initially, I wanted to reject because i thought the show will only start at around 10 as shown from the movie timings. Then, she said that the show will be starting soon at around 630pm. lol Still in a daze, we accepted the tickets... While we were about to walk off, another lady came and ask if we want to get anything to eat. She passed 2 free jumbo hotdog coupons to us and I took it looking still as dazed. lol We got ourselves a free movie and snack on our 2nd month anniversary! Save us quite a few bucks! XD teehee.. After the movie, we are the first few to leave the theatre first lol. It's weird! The people there must be thinking when did their company hire kids like us.. lol After tt, we went suntec for dinner at pizza hut! I'm sorry that i deleted the photos... I didnt know that you would value that so much..

After that, it's time to go home. Initially, dear want to walk a distance before taking the bus home so we could chit chat on the way but I made him angry... Fortunately, he didnt leave me at that time or i would have been devastated T_TTaken at the traffic light near my house lol

At the end, the night ended sweetly. We were talking at the garden near my house before he sent me home ^^ sucha sweet guy i've got here.

i should start reflecting on myself to stop making him angry!

Harmful effects of Microwave

1). Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term - permanent - brain damage by "shorting out" electrical impulses in the brain [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].

they are from philliphines and are gg to enrol into one of the sch in spore

today had wushu performance at bukit pur(smth).
lol we din practise for it at all because it's just a health fit program organised in a cc.
so it's not realli significant to us..
Hence, up stage we kept doing diff things and seriously all the moves jumble up.
lol..
we're supposed do a few basics move repetitively.. punches and kicks.
after that combo 1 and 2. lol
from the corner of my eye can see yeeling and I doing diff stuffs.
wadever la! hahaha... doesnt really matter.
anw we earn 100bucks for doing tt=p
today's wushu practice is a super satisfying one!
why? becos i managed to keep up and do most of the moves during ji ti.
all thx to eewei and yeeling who spend time on wed night to practise with me.

Fell aslp on the sofa.
Wanted to go and take a shower after i finally got myself out of the sofa.
Unfortunately, the bed caught me and i fell aslp again on my bed.
Woke up at ard 515 when i was supposed to meet jw at 530 lot1.
panic. haha
brought my laptop out to show jw sun bian update him.
yeaa.. he likes it! i like my laptop toooo...
hhahaha.. kk walked ard for awhile at left him at 8plus.
Had to go west coast cc. family and cousins are there to sing ktv!
hehex. the taxi driver doesnt noe where the place was and brought me to west coast recreation centre instead! Cost my dad 14bucks on the whole.
he was quite pissed as the driver din noe the roads well...

today went zoo with jimmy and his sec school friends.
cool.. 2 were from peihwa too! My pri school.. but i dont know them.

LAST SATURDAY SCHEDULE
Morning.
I went to have breakfast at Toa payoh with jimmy:) Heard tt the carrot cake in the market at blk127 is nice so we went there. Jim went early to search for the exact location of the place.How swt of him. hahax. Was thinking if I should take the 171 across the rd from my hse to Yishun then change to mrt and take to Braddell station or take the 171 that is heading towards newton and change to mrt and take to Braddell station. In the end i took the former. I conclude that i would reach the place same time for both routes. 30mins to yishun and 15mins to braddell. 40mins to newton and 5mins to braddell. XD Aft breakfast, we hanged ard that area before heading to novena. (Meeting xinyi at 1pm in novena)
Afternoon.
Yiyi came early at ard 1230 and the three of us walked ard velocity then united square. But after a while, jim went to do his own things le since he got nth to shop also. I thought there would be alot of things to shop ard novena cos the place looks quite huge. Sadly, i was wrong. It's such a boring place to shop.
Went to eat brownie double scooped at Ben and jerry=P

lol damn fattening but who caress hahaha.... Matilda suddenly called me and tell me to dress more retro for matt's bday party later that day. So yiyi accompanied me to buy a retro hairband! haha i luve it! But other than dress up day, I dont think i'll get to wear it any other days. it's 8.90!! so expensive :( hahax The objective of the shopping trip was for xinyi to buy clothes in the end, had to shop for this hairband plus the limited shops at novena. Shall make it up to her again=)
Evening.
Took mrt from novena to tampines. Time flies in the mrt, no idea why but find the trip there pretty fast which is gd. Was asking matilda where how shld i go Loyang valley condo which is where matt's party was taking place. And she asked me to take a cab. Was walking round and round before i called matt to ask for the taxi stand. lame la. just right in front of tampines mall only. >.< The trip to the condo cost me 5.8 bucks. sigh I have nvr seen such a condo like loyang valley before. The outlook of the place did not leave me a very favorable image. It's not painted with the usual few colours but really reddish brick colour plus the layers of bricks. But when i stepped into the condo itself, i think that place looks really nice and huge! There was like 3 really big rooms and big living room with a big kitchen! I guess it shld be really expensive. The furnishing and stuffs rocks too:) Took a few pictures with mynn, matilda and claire before gg up to his apartment:)
Most of the photos are still with matilda sadly.. sigh I WAN THE PHOTOS! sobzz... Saw some ppl playing mahjong in one of the big rooms and I got tempted too:P heehee. So after tt one of them passed the hot seat to me and i get to know 3 funny guys, my mahjong kakis! Marvin, carl and japster. Thnx matt for inviting me to the party enjoyed myself and got to know a few ppl from SIM. Night.
Oh ya, matt's mum is really cool.. she's friendly and made the effort to rmb everyone's name but kip calling me joey by mistake >.<> I like her. hehe. (heard from matt tt she said i looked swt =X teehee) i am anw lala. Mynn's dad dropped her,claire, eddie and me at suntec and matilda somewhere near ecp.
along the way to city hall mrt, claire eddie and i started taking photos again.

Her parents so nice la..Went all the way to loyang to fetch her to suntec to meet her friends. gosh. In addition, she is only 17 this year and her parents are so open about her gg home late.
waaa...i think i would have to wait a million years for tt to happen to me and im NINETEEN!! Nvm.. i shall study hard and get gd grades so to gain my mum's trust! hee.

Today went to meet sh jh chong sky gh and yh at mind's cafe, purvis st (near national lib)
was late! AGAIN!!
supposed to meet em at 145 but reached at only 230.
well partly becos i couldnt find them. hee
We played "I am the boss" !
Lol quite a fun game but we were racking our brain trying to understand how the game goes in the beginning.
Description of Im the Boss
It is a game of deal making and negotiation, where you are an investor just trying to make a deal. Through intelligent negotiations, temporary alliances, and cutthroat bargaining you will rake in millions. But watch out for the other investors at your bargaining table who meddle in your affairs and try to take over your deals. As the boss, you stand to gain the most, but you can find yourself quickly cut out of a deal. In the end, the winner is the investor with the most money.
oh yeaa.. and chong is the most intelligent one.. get rid of the investors and made sh and I compel to only taking 1 million while he gets the rest of the 15 million.
From a pauper with only 1 million, to a prince with 16million.
haha! jh was dumbfounded!
Next, we played Saboteur!
Played once with eggies so I was the only one who knew how to play.
But sadly, i couldn't explain how the game works properly and I just teach jh slightly and with his own reading of the instructions, he explained the game to us =)
Description of saboteur!
Players take on the role of dwarves. As miners, they are in a mine, hunting for gold. Suddenly, a pick axe swings down and shatters the mine lamp. The saboteur has struck. But which of the players are saboteurs? Will you find the gold, or will the fiendish actions of the saboteurs lead them to it first? After three rounds, the player with the most gold is the winner.With the help of Dwarf Cards, the players are assigned their role: either miner or saboteur. The roles are kept secret- they are only revealed at the end of the game.The Start Card and the three Goal Cards are placed onto the table, each seven card widths apart from each other. The Goal Cards are placed face-down. The gold is on one of the Goal Cards, but nobody knows which.
Players have cards in hand. On a player's turn, he must do one of three things: place a Path Card into the mine, play an Action Card in front of a player, or pass.The Path Cards form paths leading to the Goal Cards. Path Cards must be played next to a already-played Path Card. There were 3 colours of sticks(pink, green and orange) sticking out on a 20cm tree with a huge trunk.
We were supposed to throw lil monkeys from the top and let them hand on the sticks.
Next, the game starts when one of us throw a dice of 6 sides indicating 3 colours on each double side.
Let say, pink is indicated on the dice and the person would have to take out one of the pink sticks without dropping any of the monkeys hanging inside the trunk. lol challenging.
The objectives of this game is to collect the least number of monkeys. lol

father's day

Couldnt wake up for wushu today cos i slept late =X
Reached there at abt 1hr plus late? haha
could have been later if i had not ask someone for directions lol.
i kept getting lost there.it's lyk a maze. well for me only?
They were finishing doing all the warm ups and trainings so i went there to do a couple of cmi cartwheels for my warm ups.
I learnt a really cool move today! Yeeling is supposed to place her hands on her lap and support my left foot while i stand on her hand and kick my other leg over her head.
Initially, it was really scary and I had to rely on eric and eewei to help me. Lots of falls but i managed to do it without any supports in the end.
Felt really great to accomplish smth :))
But still i had to practise more to perfect it.
Hurt my palm while i was playing with the sword -_-
the butt of the sword poked my palm.. noticed it's not the sharp edge but actually the butt of the sword. lol
it still hurt but it doesnt show any blue blacks. i wonder why?
hmm...
went to PC show at ard 5plus but reached there at only 7?
The bus was really crowded with some ppl and most of them alight at lil india
=)
suddenly, my sis and I felt light again.
anw, my sis helped me asked abt the uses of mac and stuff and we all decided tt mac notebook is the one i want! unfortunately, it's out of stock already so i had to pre-order and i could only collect it after one or two weeks later.
how sad.(im actually missing it before even possessing it!!)

At one point, while i was talking with my hands holding onto the chopsticks and the chopsticks holding onto this thing tt im supposed to eat, this thing suddenly fell out of the chopsticks and into a really small cup of tea tt's probably only 1.5 inch width.
Oh well, 3/4 of the tea spilled out and landed on my shirt..(brand new shirt tt i bought frm river island :( )
i was like givin a sian diao face and dajie kept laughin at me.
They were telling me to buy toto.
cup so small oso can fall inside. so accurate.

Yoyo! today is a tiring day~

Haha.. woke up at 720 today to prepare for the sentosa trip.

coach and a few ppl took 963 from woodlands so i hopped onto it when it came.

A few bus stops later, yeeling and eewei hopped onto it too. =D

Was quite boring initially because we didnt bring any balls and

the only things we could play with are the sand and the lil play house with ducklings and lil trees in it... so we KAPOK them and build our lil island

hahaha she broke the roof!!!

The guys finally bought a ball and a frisbie back aft 20mins or more. started playing volleyball...

jialat dont know how to play... everybody is busy picking up and chasing the ball..

hahax. the sand was really hot!! we had to bury our feet under the sand to protect our feet from burning!

yesterday!

went to marina sq with eric for lunch before gg PC show to meet eewei and jiawei. As usual i was late haha. supposed to meet him in 960 at bpp area but was still at home when he reached. so he had to get down.. >.< was quite guilty so quickly took a cab there to meet him. had BK! burger so small and the ingredients they put in is like they are having a ration man... soooo lil!! i ordered mushroom swiss.. cant even see my mushroom! anw we talked a while and walked to suntec to meet ew and jw. bochen told him he is working there at the starhub mobile booth. went up to find him and he accompany me to search on laptops since he is like the pro in this area as compared to me lol. still thinking whether to take imac or vaio CZ. sighh... gonna end soon le. shld be gg on sunday to purchase my ideal laptop. FINALLY!! WHohOoo! after tt met up with yeeling eddie and liangying to watch KUNFU PANDA the 2nd time.

today went wushu!! realised dont have! faints... hahah cos yeeling eewei eric and me din go last wk..... SOooo ya lor and coach din tell us.. sobz anw yeeling called coach and well surprisingly he rushed down for us and train with us. how nice :) learn new moves again... abit slow sia.. and we took lotas PHOTOS!!Cool pose rite?! haha... thx eric the photographer --->

went to study econs and he went there to read books.

I just signed up for jap class in bunka school- delphi orchard ytd!
excited!
but once i opened my jap textbook, i felt like fainting.
so many jap characters! haha!
gonna start lesson on the 3rd july. still long.
ytd weiting accompany me to the place cos i dont know how to go.
we saw the sign bunka school den we just open the door,
little did we know tt tt was actually one of the classrooms used by them.
then the teacher and students were like stunned, looking at us.
then i also stun, looked back at them lol.
den weiting went to close the door. and we started laughing.

after tt we went to eat subway at orchard hotel.
Initially, i dont feel like eating subway cos im afraid i might made a mess.
So he said he'll blindfold himself. Cant believe he actually did.

I am attending school in SIM global, university at buffalo.
Haha funny name rite? it's a uni in new york.
The school fees damn expensive sia! But who tell me nvr study hard to achieve a better result.
Nowadays, better results also no use. Friends who got ABB or BBB cant even get into NTU.
Singapore should really increase the number of universities since kids are getting smarter every year.
Got to know a few friends there, ranging from 17 to 21.
They are all nice people.
I have nice teachers too.
All of them love to smile. hahax.
I am glad that it wasn't that bad after all.

today's performance was really a disappointment!

today was e 1st dance performance i've had in PJC!!
oh man..
i was so scared lah and keep telling ppl 2 hug me.
mwahaha.
and seriously, weneva i got hugged
i suddenly feel v calm
but aft a few mins e panicky feeling came back.
hahax.
xinyi called me a deprived!!
cos i tell her to hug me.. >.<

i.hate.bugs.

i was tidyin up e place under one of e tables in my house
where all e boxes are kept there.
i moved e last box away and
wat i saw next almost scare
e hell outta ME!
i saw lots of
rice-sized brown bugs moving in 1 straight row
into e box.
it was so disgusting!!
SO MANY!!!
my first reaction was to scream for my maid!
she v brave lahx.. not scared at all..
still open up e box and see..
it's jus a container wat.. i dun see why those bugs
wanna go there for..
Anyway, my maid still went to scare me
with those bugs >.<
she said she's only scared of lizards. hahax
So i clean em off and now e box and my floor r
bug free!!! =D

yesterday went for chem lecture in e mornin.

we're allocated into diff classes.
both of em are in e same though

while, im in 06S21..
most of e ppl there already noe
each other as they're in e same class
during PAE.
while only a few like me are e newcomers.
Luckily, i know jianwei from my previous OG
Eric from my previous class and xue er from
my previous sch+class.
Another thing is tt almost HALF of e class are
OGL
tt means they're super outgoing rite?
which means.. i'm goin to be outcasted-.-
